Your order date is more than 15 days ago.
The items are custom printed or customized in any way.
Your item was a special order and not an in-stock item.
Label or tag sheets are in less than new condition.
If the item was a CLEARANCE / CLOSE-OUT item.

ALL RETURNS must be secured in a BOX and shipped via UPS or FEDEX for proper handling and tracking. Please write the RMA number on the shipping box. (We do not recommend shipping returns via the post office or using the flat rate envelopes)
