We take pride in making sure all orders for IN STOCK items placed prior to *3:30pm US Central Time weekdays are processed and shipped the SAME DAY. *US Central time zone is GMT -6:00, APO and Global orders usually do not ship same day. PLEASE NOTE: Saturday & Sunday are not considered business days.

 

• UPS NEXT DAY - do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday delivery is available in some areas. YOU MAY REQUEST THIS for an additional $15.00 to your next day shipping costs.
• UPS Next Day Air Saver, Two Day or Three Day Select do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
• UPS Ground, does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. View chart for approximate transit times to your area.
• NO UPS GROUND TO ALASKA OR HAWAII. All UPS Air to Hawaii and Puerto Rico add one day, AK add two days. (It is best to use USPS Priority Mail for these states.)

• USPS Priority is usually 2 to 3 days (possibly longer), and is difficult to track.
• USPS First Class is usually 2-3 days (possibly longer-sometimes up to two weeks on rare occasions), and is also difficult to track.
• USPS Express Mail is usually 1-2 days (possibly longer), and is difficult to track.
• USPS Global Priority - stated by the United States Postal Service to take 6-10 business days. In our experience, it often takes 3-4 weeks to 1)leave our country, 2)clear customs in your country and 3)actually be delivered to your door and is difficult to track. If you are a global customer, please note that we can not control and do not guarantee delivery and/or delivery dates. Placing an order to ship out of the United States is completely at the customer's own risk.

The post office does occasionally encounter delays beyond our control.
If your order is time sensitive, we suggest choosing UPS.

 

We will not ship USPS on the standard postal holidays noted below. We will ship UPS Ground if you choose UPS ground and if UPS is operating on the holiday in question. Our office is closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Our office closes at noon on Christmas Eve Day.
